2. I received a notification that my subscription is expiring. How can I renew it? Once your subscription is within 24 hours of ending, a Buy Now button will appear both on your iPad and in your My Account page. 5. How do I get a refund for my Parallels Access subscription? Subscriptions to Parallels Access are nonrefundable for the duration of your subscription period. 2. How do I set up and install Parallels Access? Installation of Parallels Access is a two-step process. The Parallels Access Agent is downloaded from the Parallels website, and the Parallels Access App is available for download at the App Store or Google Play.    If you are running a virtual machine on your Mac, do not install Parallels Access in the virtual machine—complete the installation on your Mac hard drive.
